ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

To enroll you must call to make an appointment. You must then bring with you:

  • transfer sheet
  • transcript of credits
  • immunizations
  • birth certificate
  • social security card
  • custody information
  • parent ID
  • proof of residency current within 90 days:  utility bill (no cable or phone accedpted), lease, deed, property tax bill
  • Parent and child must be present to enroll.  Must have all paperwork at (or before) enrollment appointment.

TRANSCRIPT REQUEST
If you need a copy of your transcript, please mail a check, money order, or cash in the amount of $3 per transcript to the school Counseling Center at 1101 S. Potomac Street, Hagerstown, MD   21740.  You will also need to include your name (at graduation), the year you graduated and the address of where you would like us to send it.  If you are in the area, you may stop by the guidance office with the fee and pick a copy up.
