The WCPS strategic plan has been revisited and our new Master Plan has been created, mindful of state and federal initiatives and changes within Washington County. Our Master Plan aligns our goals and objectives with the federal legislation, as well as the "Bridge to Excellence" and "Visionary Panel" recommendations from MSDE.
The Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives were developed in the process... The Vision tells us where we want to be in five years-the Master Plan we created tells us how we're going to get there. Achieving this vision takes everyone. Each employee is an important and valued member of the team.
