Public Information Meetings Scheduled to Introduce ''West City'' Elementary School Project
HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 15, 2012) – Washington County Public Schools has scheduled two public information meetings this month to share proposed plans for the new “West City” Elementary School. All citizens are invited and public comment will be encouraged. A presentation by staff at each session will also include discussion of the closing of Winter Street and Conococheague elementary schools prior to the start of the 2016-2017 school year.
The public information sessions are scheduled on Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at 7 p.m. at Maugansville Elementary School and Thursday, May 31, 2012, at 7 p.m. at Pangborn Elementary School.
