30th Annual Showcase of Bands

HAGERSTOWN, MD (September 18, 2006) – The 30th Annual Washington County Public Schools’ Showcase of Marching Bands is scheduled for Tuesday, October 10, 2006, at 7:30 p.m. at South Hagerstown High School’s School Stadium. The Williamsport High School Blue Band will serve as host band this year. Also featured will be the Boonsboro High School Warrior Band, Clear Spring High School Blazer Band, Hancock High School Panther Band, North Hagerstown High School Hub Band, Smithsburg High School Leopard Band, and the South Hagerstown High School Rebel Band.

Tickets are $4.00 in advance and will be $5.00 at the gate. WCPS senior citizen Gold Cards will be honored. Gates open at 6:15 p.m. The rain date is Tuesday, October 17, 2006.
