Fairview's Annual Open House

HAGERSTOWN, MD (August 31, 2005) – The Annual Open House at Fairview Outdoor Education Center is scheduled for Saturday, September 10, 2005, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. The buildings and grounds, and, weather permitting, the fire tower, will be open to everyone. Fifth graders and their parents are urged to visit and talk with Fairview staff about facilities and programs.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to build and take home a rain barrel. Anyone interested must pay $10.00 for materials. During tours of the grounds, Fairview’s rain barrel system will be open for inspection.

Fairview is located at 12808 Draper Road, Clear Spring.
