2007 WCPS Summer Food Service Program

HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 29, 2007) – The 2007 Summer Food Service Program will operate at seven open sites, as announced by the Food & Nutrition Services Office of the Washington County Public Schools.

Free meals will be available to all children regardless of income who participate in the program at the following locations:

• Elementary – Salem Avenue Elementary: July 16 – August 2

• Middle – E. Russell Hicks, Hancock Middle/Senior High, Northern Middle, Springfield, Western Heights: July 8 – August 2

• High – North Hagerstown: June 18 – July 26

There will be no physical segregation or other discrimination against any child because of race, color, age, national origin, sex or disability. Any complaints of discrimination should be submitted in writing within 180 days of the incident to the USDA, Director, Civil Rights, Room 326-W, Whitten Building, 1400 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, D.C. 20250-9410.
