Synergy - Student Information System

WCPS is transitioning to a new student information system featuring computerized attendance, enrollment, scheduling, grade reporting, parent and student portals, and curriculum management, among other critical tools.  This new system, Edupoint's Synergy, will be in place for the 2013-2014 school year and it will replace the AS400 student information system.

Synergy experts are working with key WCPS staff on system setup, data conversion, and initial system training.  Training for other Central Office and school-based staff will begin very soon, focusing on individual roles and responsibilities with regard to the student information system.   Identified staff will receive e-mails within the coming days that include training dates/times/locations and links to registration forms.

WCPS is pleased to offer this tool to students and families, teachers and support team members, and administrators. Synergy will improve communication, while at the same time making us more effective and efficient in our operations.
