- Recruitment, hiring and retention of high performing staff
- Administration of professional certification and re-certification standards
- Employee benefits administration
- Employee performance and evaluation system
- Employee relations
- Contract negotiation
- Substitute teacher recruitment and assignment
- Personnel record keeping
